Pantin (The art of bronze casting)

The third stamp of the series of Myanmar Arts, the stamp of Pantin, is issued on 28 Aug 2020.
 


Pantin is the art making the products out of copper, bronze or brass by casting process or striking process.  The main products include triangular brass gong, gong, cymbal, tray, bowl, umbrellas for stupas, buddha images and bells. The Mingun bell which is the world largest ringing bell until 2000 was cast by the art of Pantin.

Pantain (The art of gold and silver smith)

The second stamp of the series of Myanmar Arts, the stamp of Pantain, is issued on 7 Aug 2020.

Pantain is the art of gold and silver smith making the items of gold and silver. Famous products of silversmith includes bowls, prize-cups, shields and other silverware. The art of goldsmith produces earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces and etc.

Vietnam issues 2020 ASEAN stamp

Approaching the ASEAN days which is 8th August, Vietnam Post confirmed the issuance of 2020 ASEAN stamp featuring flags of ASEAN nations.  The stamp will be issued on 7th august 2020. The title is as ""Vietnam welcomes ASEAN 2020" and its face value at 4000 d.  No news about ASEAN issues was heard from other nations.


As the stamp design also shows the flag of Myanmar, it will be a latest addition to Burmanica collection and ASEAN collection.
