MPS AGM and Philatelic Talk to be held on 28 Feb 2016

Myanmar Philatelic Society (MPS) AGM and Philatelic Talk to be held on 28 Feb 2016.  MPS executive committee broadcasted the message about the AGM and talks on philately.  It will be held as per following programme:

Venue : Kyaukse Hall (Kyaukse Dhamma Yone), near Yuzana Center, 

            The corner of Shwegondaing Rd and New Yay Tar Street, Bahan Township.

Date : 28 February 2016 (Sunday)

Time : 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM

I heard that U Kyaw Myint Maung, the well known philatelic and author of many philatelic books and publications, will give the talk on the topic of developing the philatelic society.  Based on my pas experience, there can be some exhibits showcase by members, and dealers selling the stamps, covers and catalogs.  Please do visit when you are available for the philatelic knowledge and networking purpose.
