His Excellency President Thein Sein of the Union of Myanmar made his two-days official visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands from 8 to 9 September 2019. The following cover draw my attention with the images of HE President Thein Sein meeting with Netherlands leaders. I still cannot find concrete information the postmark (dated for two days).
David Sher pointed me the stamp on the cover is the personalized stamp. Thanks, David. I have checked with the seller also. The personalized stamp used on cover depicting Myanmar's state emblem. The authenticity of the postmark has not been confirmed yet.
